This type of class includes many of the conditioning exercises used by boxers such as push-ups, jumping rope, shadow boxing, heavy bag and focus mitt punching, medicine ball exercises and core conditioning. Boxercise is a great way to learn boxing techniques, burn calories and get into shape without having to hit anyone or get hit in return.
